My friend and I got a taxi from Kings Mr Hussain dropped us off in Burnley and later picked us up. I lost my purse on the journey home with a substantial amount of cash in it. Mr Hussain found it in his taxi and dropped it off for me. Reliable and trustworthy 100%. Highly recommend.

Arranged transport with King's taxi to and from Manchester airport over a week ago - details provided, transport confirmed. Driver arrived on time for our journey to Manchester Airport. We arrived back into Manchester today, our flight was on time-11:50am. Flight arrival details were available to see from 7:45am this morning - flight arrived 10 mins early. Telephoned the office to enquire the whereabouts of the driver, was informed details weren't displayed -and the driver would be with us in 30 mins - total lies! The driver finally arrived at 1:15pm( almost 1 hour 30 mins late) he informed us that he had only been assigned the job at 12:20pm, this was following my telephone call to the office. Can't fault the driver, he was extremely apologetic, and polite, however this is totally unacceptable! Will not be using this taxi firm in the future, certainly will not be recommending this taxi firm to anyone.
